Given the immediate nature of transactions executed via our API-based digital service platform, we maintain the following refund standards:
- Service Finality: Transactions are considered executed once the API receives a successful delivery confirmation from our network infrastructure. Because these are instant digital services, completed transactions are non-refundable.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are exclusively reserved for verified service failures caused by direct malfunctions within our platform. If a transaction fails due to a system error on our end, we will initiate a reversal upon verification of internal logs.
- Dispute Resolution: If you believe a transaction was processed incorrectly, please submit a request to our support department within 24 hours of the incident, including your unique Transaction ID. We will investigate the logs and provide a resolution according to our service standards.
